Some people feel threatened by an older woman’s sexuality because they’ve bought into the belief that we shouldn’t have it, let alone express it, past a certain age. Maybe we hold onto a vision of our grandmothers and expect women past a certain age to look like that. It’s also a way to keep women down, keep her in her place. Today’s women will have nothing to do with that!
