If that were indeed true, men like George Clooney, 60; Daniel Craig, 53; Matt Damon, 50; Djimon Gaston Hounsou, 57; Samuel L Jackson, 72, Johnny Depp, 58; Brad Pitt, 57 … etc., would not still be on screen. And yet.

It’s totally ageist, but older men get screen time and they are paired with women much younger than they are. That’s what’s really shitty.
