Women don't want anything more/less than men do in a romantic partner — kindness, generosity, intellect, humor, emotionally aware, etc. That's just being a decent human being no matter the gender.
That said, many women would like a true partner. As I quoted previously: " Many still want the economic security associated with marital households, though women today may not need to lean on this security as much as they did thirty years ago. But, they also want a set of intangibles that is much more related to the quality of the relationship than the individual qualities any given man might possess. High-quality relationships provide economic support, but they also come with emotional support, shared commitments to household labor, childcare, and more. They want a partner in every sense of the word.”

If a man is not willing to do that, many women will just not be interested.
If a man can't find a romantic partner who sees him as valuable, he might want to look inward and see what he might need to work on rather than blaming women.
