“The X Files” star Gillian Anderson recently raved about the benefits of not living with her partner, “The Crown” creator Peter Morgan. “My partner and I don’t live together. If we did, that would be the end of us. It works so well as it is — it feels so special when we do come together.”

When millionaires promote a live apart together relationship, it’s easy for the rest of us to look at them and think, “Of course you can live apart — you’re wealthy! Most of us can’t afford to do that.”
